插件说明：
This is my new upload to the Stex:
A funtional Garage with under ground parking that is connected to a subway station which has a capacity of 50000.

It have the following stats:
plop costs: 7000
monthly costs: 5
power consumed: 100
water consumed: 10
airpollotion: 10
waterpollution: 10

The only Dependencie is the BSC MEGA Props Jen_P Vol01
