插件说明： This PEG Utopia Series Plaza is designed for use with the UT Mall Canals. Being the same depth as the canal lots (3 tiles), it blends in perfectly with all other lots in the series. The plaza is 1 tile wide and can be used as an "end cap" or filler to add more flexibility in matching the canals to a city's existing grid size.

The lot features a large sign and escalator access to the mall & canals below. The lothas the same values, cost & resource usage of a small plaza. Like all other Mall Canal lots, this plaza will appear only in the Landmark menu.

** This lot requires the PEG-UT Mall Canal Resource Pack. (v1.01 of higher)

** Other Lots in the PEG Utopia Series are available
on the PLEX as well as the STEX.

插件说明： This PEG Utopia Series TEE section will allow you to branch off your Mall Canals in new directions. The lot is similar in all regards to the 3x3 Small Mall Canal lots... except that it has a few less jobs.

This Small Mall Canal is also a subterranean shopping mall. Its a CS$$$ ploppable lot... with jobs... and the YIMBY effects of a small plaza that will help spur nearby commercial development. This lot also helps boost your Mayor Approval Rating to a small degree.

* The basic depth of all UT Mall Canal lots is 3 tiles. They are designed to be modular... and can be connected directly together or separated by roads, avenues, rail... etc... or any other appropriate lot. As the canals run visually underground, you can actually have any amount of distance between them.

插件说明： This PEG Utopia Series lot is the smallest version of the UT Mall Canal. At only 3 tiles wide, it will fit in just about any city grid pattern. Used with the Mall Canal Plaza or Bus Stop, it can be stretched in a variety of ways to any block size.

Like the other Mall Canal lots, this Small Mall Canal is a subterranean shopping mall. Its a CS$$$ ploppable lot... with jobs... and the YIMBY effects of a small plaza that will help spur nearby commercial development. This lot also helps boost your Mayor Approval Rating to a small degree.

As this lot is half the size of the original version, all of its properties ( jobs, costs, resource usage,pollution, etc.. ) have been reduced by approx. 1/2. It's plaza effects have also been reduced to about 1/2 of those of a small plaza..

The basic depth of all UT Mall Canal lots is 3 tiles. They are designed to be modular... and can be connected directly together or separated by roads, avenues, rail... etc... or any other appropriate lot. As the canals run visually underground, you can actually have any amount of distance between them.

The Mall Canals are extensively night lighted... and they are Christmas Enabled with colored lights and decorations that will appear only during the Holiday season. (game time) The Mall Canals also have custom queries that use random query sound effects... playing 1 of 5 different real-world mall recordings each time a lot is queried.

This PEG Utopia Series RESOURCE PACK is the primary dependency file of the UT Mall Canal series of lots. Ideally, this will be the only dependency file required for the entire series of lots. As the series develops, this resource file may be updated... and require the player to update their copy.

Any updated versions will be reuploaded to the both the PLEX and the STEX... and any new lot requiring an updated version will clearly state that (with link) in the posted lot description and readme file.

* Version 1.01

** This file has no dependencies.

This Medium Mall Canal is also a subterranean shopping mall. Its a CS$$$ ploppable lot... with jobs... and the YIMBY effects of a small plaza that will help spur nearby commercial development. This lot also helps boost your Mayor Approval Rating to a small degree.

插件说明： This PEG Utopia Seriesis similar in size (3x1) and style to the Mall Canal Plaza lot and can be used as a similar "end-cap" or extender piece. But as the name implies, it is a functional Bus Stop with the same costs and properties of a normal bus stop. The lot also features a large Mall Canal sign and elevator access to the mall & canal below.

Obviously, the lot was intended for use with the Utopia Mall Canals... but could be used by itself. However, if you put up a big, honking Mall Canal sign, you'd probably better also put a big, honking Mall Canal behind it somewhere. You wouldn't want your Sims thinking you'd cheaped out on the rest of the mall, now would you?

* The lot will appear in your Misc. Transportation Menu along with the normal Bus Stop lot.

** This lot requires the PEG-UT Mall Canal Resource Pack. (version 1.01 or higher)
