Rietveld Schroderhuis Utrecht
The Rietveld Schr?derhouse is a mansion designed by Gerrit Rietveld, in Utrecht the Netherlands. Designed in 1923-1924, it is completely built according to the rules of De Stijl. It is now a museum, although Truus Schr?der-Schr?der lived in the house from 1925 until she died in 1985. The building is on the world heritage list of UNESCO since 2000. (Source: nl.wikipedia.org)

NDEX ITS Quayside Tower
Quayside Tower is a Birmingham office building built in the late 60s and refurbished in the early 21st century. Rising to 15 floors it overlooks the world famous Gas Street Canal Basin.

While the real building houses offices I have included two versions, one for offices and one for Hospital use. Why? Because I can.

NDEX ITS McLaren Building Birmingham
Another snippet of Birmingham reaches the STEX, this 1970s tower is not exactly the finest in the city but hey, what more do you expect from a slab. I can't remember if this is being pulled down or refurbed now actually. Probably should have looked that up.
Also, yes I used the same night lights as my last 50946590465 towers but come on, they look good!
Anyway, McLaren Building.

NDEX ITS Hotel Christine
Ok, this one is old, real old. So old it is named after my ex girlfriends middle name. Thats old. But hey, at least it finally rendered. Hotel Christine, traditional Brenntian Architecture (Yes I made that up) with an oddly blue roof. I like it, so should you.
And no, there isn't a a growable because it's really hot here and I am a lazy what not. If you want to make one, feel free to link to this as a dependancy.

MP Building 4 Sale
This is another one of my low wealth W2W lots designed really for the high drug/crime area. The building is vacant and has a for sale banner on the front. It has broken and boarded up windows with ground floor having bars to try and keep out intruders. The file contains a plop landmark version and a grow residential version housing 11 sims. This is to represent the homeless that has managed to get inside and call it home.

[size=+0]Introduction / Overview Shaklee Terraces or 444 Market Street, or One Front Street is an office skyscraper rising on San Francisco's Market Street in the Financial District. The building, completed in 1979, stands 538 feet (164 m) tall and has 38 floors. The facade is a finely scaled flush aluminum skin. Architect: Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP. The Shaklee Corporation used to be headquartered in the office tower until the company moved to Pleasanton, California in 2000.

All growable lots will grow on dense commercial zoning in any tileset. The LOT for this building is 4x4.
[size=+0]Installation Simply unzip the content of this archive into your plugins folder and delete all the lots you don't want.
It is generally recommendable to unzip the entire download into a backup folder first and then copy only those files that you want into a sub-folder inside your main plugins folder. This procedure makes it easier to keep full control and leave out files that are not required in game, such as this readme and the screenshots.
In case you are looking for any .SC4desc files, these have been merged with the associated lot files to reduce clutter. Due to the individual names of each lot, I needed one desc per lot anyway, so this method suggested itself.
To uninstall a version you don't like, just delete the lot file from your plugins folder.
IMPORTANT: If any instance of the lot in question has already grown in one or more cities, first bulldoze all instances of that version in all your cities, then save the cities and exit. Now you can safely remove the version without running any risk to experience crashes or any other inconvenience.

NDEX ITS Fifty4 Hagley Road Birmingham

Fifty4 Hagley Road

I have decided to bring some of the Five Ways (Birminghams secondary CBD) Towers to the STEX, so to begin here is one of the smaller towers. Completed in the 1970s Fifty4 Hagley Road was refurbished in the 21st century.

Again no growable but feel free to make one and link to this file as a dependency. Speaking of which, this has the BSC Mega Texture Pack over at SC4devotion as a dependency so don't forget that!

TSC Belfry
This is my first bat, so a little indulgence please ;)


Introduction :

This building represent a belfry: "The name of the belfry is generally given to towers containing the bells of the town." (source Wikipedia)
These belfries are especially in northern France and Belgium. Most belfries of the Nord-Pas-de-Calais (France) and Belgium have been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

NDEX ITS 5 Ways Tower Birmingham
5 Ways Tower

Ok another building from Birmingham's Five Ways office district (this one is even named after it if you hadn't noticed, in which case, your an idiot) I spent ages trying to get the textures to not look plastic, didn't work so well so here it is anyway. Five Ways Tower. Yeah.

Endnote: I do have a life, honestly, I go clubbing twice a week, I go see friends every day. I don't just sit here on my backside modeling chunks of Birmingham, so please. No requests.

Hoofdpostkantoor Neude
Hoofdpostkantoor on Neude, Utrecht. Building was designed by architect Crouwel. Built in 1924 in style of the Amsterdamse School.

Blue bits on the west side of the building are Postbank-ATMs. Unfortunately the game wont let you show the interior, which is more beautiful than the outside. Therefore I suggest you come to Utrecht.
