SimNation's Bank Plaza, or "SNBP", is a newly-founded corporation that oversees the banking practices of all of the chain banks in SimNation, including the famous branches Chase Bank, Juneau, Gouldwood, and Piedmont. Its magnificent design and lighting plans make it a beautiful addition to any skyline.

custom queries. You must install this if you wish to see these custom queries. The file
bsc_Essentials_OG.dat is no longer distributed with NDEX downloads and the above link

NDEX Chase Bank Branch

This new branch design of JP Morgan Chase Bank was first built on McKellen Street in DuskTrooper's city of Thanemonton. It has a rustic yet modern design, and includes a fireplace, drivethru, and ample meeting space for Sims and consultants to sit down and discuss finances.

There is both a growable and a ploppable CS§§§ version included in this download. The ploppable costs §52,000 to plop and can be found near the very bottom of your landmarks menu, while the growable is a part of the Houston tileset (grows at stage 4). Both of them provide 120 jobs and are 3x3 tiles. In addition, they both are transit enabled for the drivethru.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THE FOLLOWING:

The custom query for this lot - and the vast majority of future NDEX releases - depends on a file called "bsc_Essentials_OG.dat". You need to keep this file in your main My Documents Plugins folder, without subdirectories, so that future installers can make updates to this file if nessecary. It is included in this archive.

[size=+0]This lot has a custom query, as usual, butthe majority of NDEX lotsuse the same query files as the rest do. This means that you only need one copy of the query file present in your plugins folder at a time. It is not advised to leave multiple copies sitting around.

One Chase Manhattan Plaza.

This Building is based of off One Chase Manhattan Plaza In New York.
I decided to make this as i needed abuiding with a small lo to fit in a dense area. It was meant to be a quick average BAT but it turned out pretty good so i decided to release it.

There is a Growable stage 8 CO$$ with 5000 jobs and a landmark both on a 5x2 lot.

No dependancies as always

BSP Chase Tower

Chase Tower was built in 1959, to be the headquarters for the National Bank of Detroit. The building has gone through a number of name changes, reflecting a series of mergers, and was christened with its most recent name in 2006. The most consistent name for the building is "The Cheesegrater", coined for its facade of alternating windows and marble panels. Detroit's first skyscraper, the Hammond Building, built in 1889, was demolished to make way for Chase Tower.

Chase Tower is surrounded by several Detroit landmarks, including One Detroit Center, The Guardian Building, The Penobscot Building, and Campus Martius Park.


There five lots included. CO§§§ and CO§§ growables, ploppables, and a landmark. They can be used at the same time without any conflicts. Ploppable and landmark versions will appear in your Landmarks Menu.

If you're playing a German or Spanish copy of the game, the query will automatically read in German or Spanish.


Dependencies:

One Flag, Many Nations by Pegasus
International Day of Peace from the Official Sim City 4 Website

These dependencies are a mod that allows you to choose which nation's flag will appear, and then the flags themselves.

Please note that not having these dependencies will not result in brown boxes, error messages, or game crashes. The only thing that will happen is that no flags will show. You must be product registered and logged in in order to download from the official Sim City 4 website.
