The famous and historical City Hall was completed in 1812 and is located in the Civic Center of Lower Manhattan. The building is a ploppable landmark and stands on a 2x3 lot. Enjoy!

One Penn Plaza is a skyscraper near Pennsylvania Station in New York City, west of Seventh Avenue, between 33rd and 34th Streets.
It was designed by Kahn & Jacobs and completed in 1972. It reaches 229 meters (750 feet) with 57 floors. The tower has setbacks at three places; 7th, 14th, and 55th floors. From its location on the West side of Manhattan, most South, West and North facing tenants have unobstructed views of the Hudson River.

The Portsmouth Tower is a building that was inspired by 17 State Street in New York City. The curved facade at the entrance is entirely glass. There are also two walls perpendicular with each other each made of alternating bands of stone and glass. The walls and the curve form a footprint of a quarter circle. There are two lots, a ploppable and a growable. The Solow building in New York City, not to be confused with the Grace building which has a similar shape.
No dependencies needed.
Two versions, one has jobs, the other is a landmark. Enjoy!

100 United Nations Plaza is a luxury residential highrise from the New York City Journals. It is 557 ft tall and is located on the East Side of Manhattan near the United Nations Building.

The building is ploppable as a 2x3 landmark. Dependencies: New York Street Props. Enjoy!

This lot contains two custom made buildings: 1001 Fifth Avenue and 1009 Fifth Avenue from the New York City Journals and also contains a Maxis building which closely matches a mansion on 82nd Street.

Postmodern 1001 Fifth Avenue and the neighboring Neoclassical 1009 Fifth Avenue (the Duke Mansion) are located directly across from the Museum of Metropolitan Art on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

I´ve build the Broad Financial Center from New York City. The highrise is 130 meters tall and has 1700 CO$$ Jobs.

This BAT is a BAT from the New York City Journals.

The WR Grace Building stands 198 meters over Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan on 42nd Street in between 6th Avenue and Fifth Avenue. It was built in 1971 by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. The building has a sloping base similar to The Solow Building and is home to many Fortune 500 companies.

The lot can be found in the landmarks menu.

Waldorf-Astoria hotel, New York city.

It is one of the most luxurious hotels in New York and was constructed in 1931, it was the tallest hotel in the world forover 20 years after completion. the upper floors of the tower part of the building has housed manyVIPs,rich and famous, heads of states and presidents.

Celanese building 1211 Avenue of the Americas also known as Z building, New York city.

It was completed in 1973 as Rockefeller center extension project and the last building to be erected there.
It is the headquarter of Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation which owns many media related businesses including FOX entertainment.
There is a News ticker at the base of the building behind the plaza.

1251 Avenue of the Americas also known as Exxon building or X building, New York city

It was built as a second building inone of therockefeller center extension buildings after Time & Life building.
At shorter side of the building fasing the base, there are plaza with the fountain and flower garden as well.
It is the tallest bulding out of the rockefeller center extension buildings.
