In the real world, those buildings are of course R&#036;&#036;&#036;, but they make up lots of trouble for people in the game by &quot;cancer-spreading&quot; around the town followed by mass-abandonment when they build as &#036;&#036;&#036;.

<br />The New York Street Festival is a common site through out the neighborhood during the warm summer and crisp autumn seasons. Your Sims can enjoy a tasty treat from the many ethnic cuisines offered or test their luck at any of the many games chance. Whatever they decide, they're sure to enjoy the feast on the street! The images show how the 3x2 lot will look when placed adjacent to and opposite one another forming a closed-off street. Of course you can use it any way possible. It was built on a concrete open space lot and cost 5s a month to maintain. Enjoy!

<br />Tower 42 was completed in 1980 and at 183 meters and 42 stories was Londons tallest building (surpassed by One Canada Square in 1991). Richard Sieferts design was reported to be the straitest skyscraper in the world due to new technology at the time and is the worlds tallest Cantlivered Building.

<br />Have you ever wanted to send you little sims to a real city school? You know the kind that parents usually don't send their kids to. Well if you are low on cash and have no other choice you cand send them to this school. At this school your little sims will enjoy constant bullying, being robbed on a daily basis, spraying graffiti on the school walls, throwing toilet paper at trees and the teacher's having their cars ripped apart and set on fire. If you are really desperate to send your kids to school you should get this school. This lot is fairly simple, it includes many things found in a real low income neighborhood school. I'm just getting started so please be kind. Attention everybody this is an update, I included some really cool looking cars and more realistic police cars thanks to Gizmo. I also added a school bus also thanks to Gizmo.
