<br />The Ultimate Budget Contol menu is a tool that will be activated in your news ticker menu when you Query any of the ploppable lots. (note that the growables do not have the bank mod)
<br />****NOTICE: This mod does not conflict with the "stupid news ticker" mod from the mods sections.****
<br />With this Menu comes a new functionality to SC4: the ability to transfer funds from one city to another. In order for this to work, simply withdraw money in one city and deposit it in another. This requires the Honor system as deposits are not inmediatly made in other cities, so obviously you can use it to cheat.
<br />full functionality includes:
<br />*deposit/withdraw ?5.000 up to ?50.000.000
<br />*reset budget to ?100.000/?200.000/?500.000 or ?50.000.000
<br />*undo budget to 3 months / 6 months / one year ago (note that budget undo will reset to the value of the budget trendline x months ago. To check to how much your budget will be undone, simply look at your budget trendline and count back the months)

<br />我想可以把这个插件改成这样更具有可玩性:
<br />1.可以贷任意数额的建设款项
<br />2.银行从城市每月的税收中收取欠款及利息(分期付款),可以按当月税收百分之20到30收取,银行利息可以照搬游戏里的借贷利息
<br />3.可以为这个银行取名为:建设银行

<br />我觉得这样更真实,也更加有趣,原先那个太局限,如果边上几个城市都没钱那这个银行就等于摆设了,再说一般都是在游戏的刚开始缺钱,而在刚开始周边城市还是不毛之地,哪来的钱呢
<br />
<br />还有的人用过之后说这其实这就是一个贷款不用还银行,并没有挪用邻城资金(我自己没用过),如果是这样的话,也没意思,作弊嫌疑太大了
