<br />At 1,149 feet 350 metres, the Stratosphere Tower is the tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States and the tallest building west of the Mississippi River. From the observation decks, lounge, restaurant, meeting &amp; banquet space and private dining rooms, guests enjoy panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip and the surrounding valley. Thrill seekers can enjoy excitement over 100 stories above the ground on the Big Shot and X-Scream thrill rides and the High Roller roller coaster. The tower is equipped with a special lighting system designed to provide a spectacular dancing light show nightly, which is visible throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Thrill seekers of all ages can experience the ultimate in excitement at Stratosphere Las Vegas! At over 100 stories above the ground, the Stratosphere boasts the world's three highest thrill rides; the Big Shot, X-Scream, and the High Roller roller coaster. The High Roller roller coaster is the world's highest roller coaster! At 909 feet above the ground, the Hight Roller rockets around the tower pod on 840 feet of track banking sharply at 32-degree angles, traveling approximately 32 miles per hour. The Big Shot thrill ride catapults 16 riders from the 921-foot high platform up the Tower's mast to a height of 1,081 feet. Traveling at 45 miles per hour, riders experience 4G's as they reach the very top, and feel negative G's on the way down. At 866 feet, X Scream is the world's third highest thrill ride. Shaped like a giant teeter-totter, X Scream is an open vehicle that propels riders head-first, 27 feet over the edge of the Stratosphere Tower and dangles them weightlessly above the Strip before pulling it's riders back and over again for more!

<br />Here is the companion lot to the Water Tower. This is The Black Hole Trash and Energy Unit. This unit recycles the garbage in your small city or town by dropping it down the pattented hole, and using the natural heat the it produces to power the generator.
<br />
<br />This lot produces 3000 watts of power, recycles 25 tons of garbage, and costs $500 a month. It has a plop and bulldoze cost of $1000. The red glow is ever present at night, but Mr. Black now sees it as a badge of honor.
<br />
<br />As stated, this lot was designed to be used in conjunction with the Water Tower. Between the two lots, you will now be able to create a small, clean, desirable city. I hope you like it, and as always, enjoy!

Buffalo City Hall is a massive Art Deco skyscraper situated on the west side of Niagara Square in Buffalo, NY. The building is Buffalo's 2nd tallest, after only the HSBC Center, at 398 ft (115 m). It is among the largest City Halls in the world, and it was designed with future expansion in mind! Everything about this building is enmeshed with symbolism from mankind's and Buffalo's history, from the large portico columns representing tightly bundled reeds such as those found on ancient Egyptian temples, to the littany of Native American symbolism (Iroquois tribes in particular), to the statues of two Buffalo-born US presidents (however mediocre they may have been!), Millard Fillmore and Grover Cleveland. The building took 2 years to construct, completed in November of 1931, and dedicated on July 1, 1932. I have included both RCI Ploppable (CO$$) and Landmark versions of this building. I have provided both 7x4 and 8x4 lots, to allow centering upon my Niagara Square BAT upload. The RCI Ploppable version hosts 1300 jobs. I feel the CO$$ lots are somewhat inappropriate for the type of building this is, but have included them for those who prefer buildings with jobs. See the Readme for details. Landmark effects are similar to those of other Maxis landmarks. Thanks to jeeper767 for providing some very useful photos of the upper tower! Peace, war, democracy, opression... this building has seen it all. The Reichstag is the seat of the german parliament and was buit in the 1890s according to plans of the Architect Paul Wallot and renovated in 1995 by Sir Norman Foster. I had to work completely from pictures so I hope you don´t mind any minor differences, also I had to simplify some parts for the sake of my processor speed but those parts aren´t really visible anyway. It´s a massive 11x9 Landmark and the plop cost is 80.000
