The Horseshoes Horseshoe - a perfect landmark stadium for any horseshoe-crazed town. I'm not sure that there actually are any, but with this, you can give your town something irrelevant to boast about. It can double as a venue for other neglected lawn sports as well. Works well in a campground, too.

Like the SFBT Park Set by Andreas, this download contains a set of red park trails, covered with brick gravel, like it is common in lower wealth areas. The textures have been adapted to low wealth lots, and in order to prevent the low wealth development from upgrading, these lots don't have any park and landmark effects. They do clean the air, though, like any other park, and they also come with a small demand cap relief. The set contains straight and diagonal paths, as well as some curves, to allow a variety of different parks. All park lots are using deadwood's alignment props that show up during the placement of the lots, and then disappear forever.

A Simlympic stadium - the main baseball field for the Baseball event in the Simlympics. That's right Europe, it's not 2012 yet, baseball is still in it. Designed in the Simlympic color scheme and design, this brand new field was slapped together just before the deadline, and is ready for a plop in your Olympic complex.
 
 Since it's an Olympic stadium, and doesn't have a permanent team, there's no need for a front office, so the only buildings on the property are for the teams and fans, right underneath of the bowl. No parking here either, you'll have to supply that yourself.
 
 Appears under Landmarks
 
 Sits on an 8x9 lot
 
 Costs $22,500 to build
 
 Uses little water or power
 
 No dependencies! Have fun, and enjoy the Simlympics.

This is my first Lot. All of the information is included in the readme of the file. This park is for the wealthy sims in your city.
 
 It costs 40 simoleons to place and 10 to bulldoze. It has the stats and effects that a normal small park.

This is a restaurant park. All of the information you need is included in the readme in the file. This has the same stats and effects as a normal small park green. Enjoy. The pictures show two views of the park at night and at day.

First of all, this is not a very serious BAT job, this is just for fun. I've made mountain dew livewire soda cans, bottles and billboards, and thought they were pretty schweet so i put em up. They areparks of different sizes, all cost one dollar to mantain. tomarrow im going to do regular dew and code red.
 
 This was done to see if the thrill of making mountain dew was the same as drinking it. jk lol please comment.

last night i upload three mountain dew livewire parks, but this morning i've got three flavors, Code Red, Regular, and Livewire, lots (Billboard, bottle, can) and three flavors of props, so you can use them with your BATs or on your lots.
 
 If you want to upload a lot with these, be sure to give me credit and include them as a dependency.

This is the latest of my stadium BATs, a small one (only three sides), which is a bit simpler than my last couple of larger or all-seated stadiums. It's mainly a terraced ground, with some seating at the back of the main stand. It's a smallish lot, just 6x4 and so should fit in well without the need to clear a large space.
 
 Dedicated to the funky people who hang out in chat all day. One of you even gave me the name for the ground. Remind me if it was you (I have an awful memory for names) and I'll credit you specifically.
 
 Stats
 * Plop Cost = 2500

 * Bulldoze Cost = 250

Merry Christmas to all Simtropolis members from the SFBT!
 
 This small plaza turns into a festive Christmas market during the holiday season, like it can be found in nearly every city and larger villages in Germany and the surrounding countries. It's a reward lot that is available, once your city has attracted mre than 5,000 sims. The stall owners pay a small fee that contributes to your city coffers, therefore, this lot acts as a business deal with a montly income of 50 simoleons.
 
 Note: Unfortunately, SimCity 4 has a small bug that causes props not to light up if they are placed near the lot borders in a certain direction. This also affects some of the Christmas decoration - but maybe it was just a sim that stumbled over the power cord in the dark, so it got unplugged by accident... ;-)

Well now you too can provide the fun and entertainment that your Sims so desperately deserve. Introducing the Modular Amusement Park Pack (MAPP) presented by RJM Designs. This set is made up of amusement park rides, roller coasters, midway entertainment and more. Currently there are a few amusement park BATs available on the STEX, but this pack draws everything together. So dive right in and create that "dream park" that you have always dreamt of, or re-create your favorite amusement park from the memories of your childhood. The MAPP . . . making your Sims' entertainment dreams a reality! * NOTE - The MAPP uses the ped-malls that are included in Network Addon Mod to tie all of our custom BATs together.
