插件说明： Ingame the 7x5 JVA lot works like a jail providing max. 600 cells, offering 80 civic jobs and monthly costs are $248. It's much cheaper than the Maxis jail ($450) because in return delinquents produce plush lamas which are bought in great quantities by the major to give them away on charity events and election campains.
Of course the lot has no police coverage or police cars to patrol the streets. Compared to the Maxis jail it has a lesser capacity but also produces ten times less garbage.
