拿你提供的卫星图做了下，沈阳的地形我不是很清楚，卫星上看应该是大平原，完全平的地图我不是很喜欢，所以就自己感觉地另做了张贴了２座山上去的，随你喜欢吧，config是我随便画的，你也自己看着办吧

<br />试着导入了一下，是可以弄进去的，但也发现了个问题，就是我的config文件的名字忘了改了，导致游戏不能识别，所以它在导入时还是默认的16*16的地图，而我做的这个是16*12的，疏忽了，不好意思。
<br />另外还有个问题，做的时候没注意，把河流的颜色调得太深了，在地图里发现河成了好深的海沟，地铁也很难拉得过去，为了减少改造地形的麻烦，我把河流的颜色改了下，重新打了个包，看看能否好点
